Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment must be processed in full at the time of purchase via our authorised payment gateways.

Gift Vouchers

1. General Use
Rug Opera Gift Vouchers are valid for use exclusively on our official website (rugopera.com.au) and at our official retail locations. They can be redeemed for any products offered by Rug Opera.

2. Redemption
Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase.
For online orders, enter the unique gift code at checkout. For in-store purchases, please show your voucher code to our staff.

3. Validity & Expiry
All Gift Vouchers are valid until December 31, 2029. Any balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.

4. Restrictions

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed once per order.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed on promotional items.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
Vouchers are non-transferable once linked to an account or used partially.
Rug Opera is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers. We cannot replace or reissue lost vouchers.

5. Purchases
If the total value of your purchase exceeds the value of your Gift Voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method. If your purchase total is less than the voucher value, the remaining credit will remain on the voucher until the expiry date for future use.

Shipping and Delivery
We strive to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier performance. Rug Opera is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Rug Opera blankets and designer tote bags. If you are not satisfied, please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sustainability and Product Variations
Our blankets are crafted from recycled cotton. Due to the nature of recycled materials, slight variations in colour, texture, and weave may occur. These are not defects but a testament to the unique, sustainable process of each piece.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, photography, and brand copy, is the property of Rug Opera. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rug Opera is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
